The Accolades offers three shared amenities for the use of residents and their accompanied guests: the pool, the gym, and the tennis court. The following guidelines apply to all three amenities and must be followed by every resident and guest.
The amenities are reserved for residents of The Accolades and their accompanied guests. Guests are permitted, but a resident must be physically present with their guest at all times. Walking a guest to an amenity and leaving is not permitted. Sending adult children, family members, or friends who do not live at The Accolades to use the amenities without a resident present is also not permitted.
The code is for residents only. If we determine that the code is being shared with non-residents, the code will be changed. Where the Board can identify the resident responsible for sharing the code with outside parties, that resident will be subject to a fine in an amount determined by the Board of Directors.
Treat the code the way you would treat a key to your home. Do not post it, do not share it with friends or family who do not live at The Accolades, and do not write it down where guests can see it.
All three amenity areas are monitored by security cameras. Footage is reviewed when guideline violations are reported or suspected. If a resident or their guest is found to be violating these guidelines, including code sharing, after-hours access, glass at the pool, smoking, vandalism, or any other rule outlined in this document, the Board may impose a fine on the responsible resident.
Residents are accountable for the conduct of their guests at all times.
The following rules apply to the pool, gym, and tennis court without exception:
The pool is a seasonal amenity available during the warmer months.
